Training Room View

The Training Room offers a smooth and easy way to join a course.

It lets users:
 

1. Manage their virtual desktops (trainers can also take control of participants' desktops)
2. See the trainer's desktop in a grid view or side-by-side arrangement
3. Record their desktop screen
4. Detach the desktop into a separate browser window, or move it to an additional monitor if they wish.
5. Chat
6. Access training materials
    

Everything runs right in the browser. By default, when participants join a course they're taken directly to the Training Room, making things simple for newcomers.

On top of that, trainers can view all participants' machines at a glance and even take control of any machine – handy for guiding someone who's stuck or falling behind. The ability to see every student's screen simultaneously is unmatched, making it much easier for the trainer to recreate a traditional classroom environment.

While it might not be immediately obvious, to leave the Training Room view just click the `Desktop` tab again and you'll return to the Training page.
