Course Billing Overview
When opting for Public Cloud or Reseller plans, course fees are charged to the Organization Owner. The billing amount reflects the number of users who generated desktops throughout the course period.
Trainer Billing Rules
- If a Trainer is added to an existing course, the Organization Owner remains responsible for the billing.
- However, if the Trainer initiates the course creation, the billing obligation shifts to the Trainer.
- In essence, the Organization Owner of the specific course instance is the party billed for its usage.
