Creating Organisations
Creating an Organization is usually accomplished by establishing an organisation that shares the same name as your username during registration.
However, there may be times when you need to set up a new Organization, possibly for a company that has several users all accessing DaDesktop from the same business.
Note: Only Super Admins have the ability to create an Organization.

Ways to Create Organisations in DaDesktop
You can create an Organization in two different ways. The default method creates an organisation owner account simultaneously. The second approach requires no new owner account—this is useful when such an account already exists.
Creating an Organization Along with an Owner Account
- You must enter the account owner’s email, password, and their first and last names. You can choose roles as needed. The currency is set based on the portal you’re using; for instance, dadesktop.com defaults to EUR, while dadesktop.cn picks CNY.
- Additionally, you need to provide the Organization name along with a short code. Once you set the code, it cannot be modified later.
- The configuration for Allowing course recordings or publishing them applies to all recordings in the Organization. Similarly, the Receiving Promotional Emails option is set at the organisational level. Whatever you choose here affects the whole organization.
- The 'Allow Recordings' toggle controls whether Recordings can be used across the entire organization.
- If needed, you can pick Private servers. Keep in mind that a server must first be marked as 'Private' before it appears here for selection.
