Course Chat

Course Chat is a tool designed for trainers, learners, and support staff to communicate about the ongoing course. It's part of the training room environment.

To join the course chat, simply step into the training room. From there, you'll be prompted to enter the chat.

You can also access it anytime by clicking the chat icon located in the top-right corner of the training room.

Clicking it opens the chat panel on the left, where your course will appear in the list. You can turn on notifications (from the top of the chat panel) to get a sound alert whenever a new message is posted in the course chat.
