NobleProg hosted public server

This operates within a NobleProg data centre (inside the EU and fully GDPR compliant). It is a shared server for NobleProg clients and NobleProg can access it.

If you pick a server situated outside the EU, local regulations may be applicable. Data for customers based in the UK is kept within the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This runs within a NobleProg data centre (within the EU). It is a dedicated server for a single organisation, and no other entity will use the hardware.

If you select a server located outside the EU, local laws may come into play.

On premise server

The server will be placed on the organisation’s own premises. The software is set up on the server, and all data stays entirely within that organisation’s control.

  • To use DaDesktop, you must first register for an account.
  • When you register for an account, you will share some personal details with us, like your name, email address, username, and password.
  • This data is essential for granting you access to our services and keeping our platform secure.
  • Your data may be used to get in touch with you concerning your account.
  • We keep account data for as long as your account stays active.
  • You are free to cancel your account whenever you wish, and upon doing so, your account data is removed.

 

  • The client can decide to manage users directly or ask NobleProg to handle user management.
  • The server can be encrypted to block any access by NobleProg.
  • No data is gathered or stored.
  • NobleProg cannot access it.

 

Training Room Data (covering cloud desktop activity and the chat function)

  • All happenings inside the Training Room might be observed by the course instructor, training administration, and our technical support team.
  • We offer this monitoring to allocate suitable data resources, assist you with problems, let the instructor and management keep track of course progress, and ensure adherence to our Terms of Service.
  • The terms of use forbid users from carrying out personal activities such as browsing social media, making financial transactions, or doing personal web searches.
  • This data is erased after the course status has been confirmed as ‘finished’.

 

  • The client is responsible for managing all data that is collected and stored.

 

  • NobleProg cannot access it.

 

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop includes a built-in audio/video capability.
  • This feature relies on NobleProg’s own infrastructure, not any external software.
  • Course Desktops (including the Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant desktops) can be recorded for troubleshooting. No audio data is captured. These recordings are cleared 14 days after the course finishes. Only our administrators with SuperAdmin rights can view these recordings.
  • The client manages all data that is collected and stored.
  • Course Desktops and Recordings may be captured for troubleshooting and other reasons if necessary (refer to the Shared Server details). These recordings fall under the client’s responsibility, and due to an automatic cleanup process, they are automatically removed after 14 days.
  • No data is gathered or stored.
  • NobleProg cannot access it.

  • If a recording is made, NobleProg stores it and the recording can be watched. The account holder can decide when to erase it.

Technical Support

When you reach out to us for technical support, you will need to share some personal details, which could be your name, your employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason you need assistance. We utilise support data to help fix your issue and to grasp the common challenges our users encounter. All technical help is offered directly by NobleProg.
