NobleProg Hosted Public Server

This option is hosted in a NobleProg data centre within the European Union (EU), ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. It operates as a shared server for NobleProg clients, and NobleProg retains access to it.

If you opt for a server located outside the EU, local laws may apply. For customers based in the UK, data is retained within the UK.

NobleProg Hosted Private Server

This solution is hosted in a NobleProg data centre within the EU. It functions as a dedicated server for a single organisation, meaning no other entity utilizes the hardware.

Should you select a server located outside the EU, local laws may apply.

On-Premise Server

In this configuration, the server is situated at the organisation’s own premises. The software is installed directly on the server, and all data remains entirely under the organisation’s control.

  • Accessing DaDesktop requires you to register an account.
  • Upon registration, you will provide personal details such as your name, email address, username, and password.
  • We collect this information because it is essential for granting you access to our services and maintaining service security.
  • We may utilize your data to communicate with you regarding your account status.
  • Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
  • You have the option to cancel your account at any time, upon which we will delete your account data.

 
  • Clients can choose to manage users internally or request that NobleProg handles user management.
  • The server can be encrypted to prevent NobleProg from having any access.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Training Room Data (including cloud desktop activity and chat function)

  • All activities within the Training Room may be monitored by the course instructor, training management, and our technical support team.
  • This monitoring allows us to allocate appropriate data resources, assist with issues, enable instructors and management to track course progress, and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • The terms of use prohibit users from engaging in personal activities, such as accessing social media, conducting financial transactions, or performing personal web searches.
  • Data is deleted once the course has been marked as ‘finished’.

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop may include an integrated audio/video feature.
  • This feature is delivered through NobleProg’s infrastructure rather than external software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting purposes. No audio is recorded. These recordings are deleted 14 days after course completion. Only NobleProg administrators with SuperAdmin privileges  can access these recordings.
  • All collected and stored data is managed by the client.
  • Course Desktops and recordings may (if necessary) be recorded for troubleshooting and other purposes (refer to Shared Server section). These recordings are the client's responsibility and are automatically deleted after 14 days due to the auto-delete process.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • Clients have the option to record the course desktop.
  • If the recording option is used, NobleProg stores the recording, which can be monitored. The account holder determines when the recording is deleted.
  • If the account is cancelled, all applicable recordings are deleted.

Technical Support

When you contact us for technical support, you must provide certain personal data, which may include your name, employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason for your support request. We use this support data to resolve your issue and to better understand common user problems. All technical support is provided within NobleProg.
