Scheduling and Un-scheduling Deletion for Standalone Machines

Why should you care about the deletion schedule?

If you're using a Standalone machine to carry on working on a lab from a previous course, or as a Trainer preparing a course, there's no need to worry about this.

However, to make better use of system resources, any standalone machine that hasn’t been used for more than a month will be scheduled for automatic deletion, and we’ll send you a reminder 7 days beforehand.

You can also cancel that deletion schedule.
 

How you can schedule deleting a standalone machine yourself.

1. When creating a standalone desktop, you have the option to set a deletion date

1. From the Options menu, schedule a date to remove the standalone

How you can clear the scheduled deletion date

1. In the Options menu, click "Scheduled to delete on" 

2. Hover over the blue toggle icon and click to instantly clear the deletion date
