Purpose

The remote desktops we provide are meant solely for conducting training sessions, offering consultancy, or handling recruitment processes.

Non-permitted use

Here’s what you can’t use the service for:

1. Hosting websites or other online services
2. Mining cryptocurrencies
3. Running performance or stress tests

If our team detects any of these activities, we’ll terminate the service right away, and no refund will be issued.

 

Guarantee and Service Layer Agreement

DaDesktop promises 95% uptime for the service.

We’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades outside the core working hours of 8 am to 8 pm local time (that’s the time where the server is physically located in India).

 

Data Safety and Confidentiality

The service is provided on an as-is basis, so we can’t assure the confidentiality or safety of any data you copy onto the desktops. If you need such assurance, you might want to look into our DaDesktop On-Premise solution instead.

Since these desktops are primarily meant for training, they aren’t appropriate for handling highly sensitive information.

The login process for the remote desktops prioritises ease of use over security.

Troubleshooting Recording

For troubleshooting, we might record sessions on Course Desktops—Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant types.

Disclaimers of Liability – Indemnification

DaDesktop provides the services “as is,” with all faults and on an availability basis. Neither we nor our suppliers make any express or implied warranties or guarantees about the services. As far as the law permits, we and our suppliers disclaim any implied warranties that the services are merchantable, of satisfactory quality, accurate, fit for a particular purpose or need, or non‑infringing. We don’t guarantee that the results you get from using the services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your needs. We cannot promise that you’ll be able to access or use the services (either directly or through third‑party networks) at any time or place you choose. No spoken or written information from a DaDesktop representative creates any warranty. You may have extra consumer rights under your local laws that this contract can’t change. You use the services at your own risk.

If any dispute arises with us or our suppliers, your only solution is to cancel your account. Under no circumstances will our, our affiliates’, and our suppliers’ total combined liability to you for all claims related to the use of the services go beyond the total fees you actually paid during the period when those claims came up. We, our affiliates, and suppliers won’t be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
