DaDesktop Use Cases

DaDesktop serves two distinctly different purposes:

1. Cloud Desktops for Training and Development
2. Business Workstations

Cloud Desktops for Training and Development

Training and Development desktops are designed with a focus on agility and user-friendliness. Access is simple, requiring only a link to the desktop environment. This setup is typically ideal for interactive, instructor-led cloud environments or virtual classrooms that aim to deliver high-standard corporate training. Trainers can observe their students' cloud desktops in real-time, monitoring engagement and participation during online sessions.

To provide effective coaching, instructors have the capability to remotely access a student's desktop to offer immediate guidance.

Additionally, training sessions can be captured with screen recording and audio for future reference.

DaDesktop offers much more than just a learning management system!

Business Workstations

Business Workstations (commonly known as DaDesktop for Work, or dd4w) function as secure cloud desktops for employees. Employers retain complete control over the data and software utilized by their workforce, ensuring that all data exchanges and communications remain encrypted.

Data Protection

Employers can limit data egress from the cloud desktop, preventing employees from transferring sensitive information externally. By restricting clipboard functions and access to specific websites, all data processing remains securely contained within the virtual desktop environment.

Activity Logging

User activities can be logged in a highly efficient format, enabling the storage of millions of hours of virtual desktop usage per employee. These recordings can be analyzed to detect and investigate any fraudulent behavior.

Network Security

Access to internal corporate applications can be limited exclusively to DaDesktop instances. This approach safeguards confidential information and eliminates the risk of data interception on employees' personal computers.

DaDesktop is the definitive platform for the virtual office!
